Welcome to LeaseFilter ("Company", "we", "us" or "our"). LeaseFilter provides a car lease research tool that allows paying subscribers ("you" or "User") to view true pricing information for vehicle leases. By creating an account or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with these Terms, you may not access or use the Service.
You represent that you are at least 18 years old (we do not permit those under 18 to use the Service) and that you have the legal capacity to enter into this Agreement. We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. If changes are made, we will provide notice (e.g. by email or via the Service) and update the "Last Updated" date above. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
To access LeaseFilter, you must create an account and purchase a subscription. You agree to provide accurate, current information during registration and to keep your login credentials secure. Account Sharing is strictly prohibited: you may not share your username or password or permit any unauthorized third party to use your account.
You are responsible for all activity on your account. If you suspect any unauthorized use of your account, you must notify us immediately. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or for security reasons.
LeaseFilter currently offers a single subscription tier with monthly and annual billing options. The pricing and features of the subscription are described on our website. By subscribing, you authorize us (or our payment processor) to charge your provided payment method for the subscription fee on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, depending on the plan you choose).
Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the next renewal date. For monthly plans, renewal occurs each month; for annual plans, renewal occurs each year. The subscription will continue until canceled by you or terminated by us.
Subscription fees are charged in advance of each billing period. You must provide a valid payment method, and you agree to keep your payment information up-to-date. If a charge is declined or payment fails, we may attempt to re-process the payment and/or suspend your access until payment is resolved.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting customer support. If you cancel, you will retain access to the Service until the end of your current paid period, after which your access will be downgraded or terminated. No refunds will be provided for partial periods or unused time unless required by applicable law.
We reserve the right to change subscription fees, but will provide advance notice of any price changes. Any promotional discounts apply only for the initial term or as stated, and afterward standard rates will apply.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms and your payment of applicable fees, LeaseFilter grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the LeaseFilter Service and its content (including lease pricing data, calculations, and other information) for your personal or internal business use only. This means you may use the Service to research leases for yourself or your business (e.g. as a broker or dealer for internal decision-making), but you may not redistribute our data or use the Service for the benefit of any unauthorized third party. All rights not expressly granted to you are reserved by the Company and its licensors.
You may view, download, or print information from LeaseFilter solely for your own use in evaluating vehicle lease deals. Any downloadable content or reports we provide are for your convenience and remain subject to these use restrictions. You agree not to publish, share, or sell LeaseFilter's proprietary data to any outside party.
Using LeaseFilter's information to negotiate a lease or inform your purchasing decisions is allowed (and encouraged), but you must not incorporate our data into any product or service offered for sale, nor make it available on any public forum or website without our permission.
When using LeaseFilter, you agree to refrain from any misuse of the Service. In particular, you MAY NOT:

We reserve the right to monitor usage, investigate any suspected violations, and take appropriate action to enforce these rules.
All content, data, software, and materials available on or through LeaseFilter – including but not limited to text, lease deal data, pricing algorithms, graphics, logos, and software code – are the intellectual property of LeaseFilter or our licensors. Such content is protected by copyright, database rights, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.
LeaseFilter retains full ownership of its content and services; your use of the Service does not transfer any ownership rights to you. You agree not to copy, modify, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit any of our content except as expressly permitted by these Terms.
LeaseFilter™, our logo, and any other product or service names or slogans we use are trademarks of the Company. You are not granted any right or license to use any trademarks without our prior written permission. If you provide any feedback or suggestions to LeaseFilter, we may use and incorporate them without any obligation to you.
LeaseFilter provides lease pricing information and analysis for informational purposes. While we strive for accuracy, the Service and all content are provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranty of any kind. No warranty or guarantee is made that the information is complete, accurate, up-to-date, or suitable for your specific needs.
For example, actual lease offers from dealerships may vary from our calculated "true pricing," and we do not guarantee that you will be able to secure a lease on the terms estimated by our Service. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
We also do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of viruses or other harmful components. Any reliance on the data or content from LeaseFilter is at your own discretion and risk.
Under no circumstances will LeaseFilter or its affiliates, officers, employees, or agents be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of (or inability to use) the Service. This includes, without limitation, damages for lost profits, lost opportunities, loss of data, or business interruption, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
In addition, LeaseFilter's total cumulative liability for any claims arising out of or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us for your subscription in the 12 months preceding the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages; in such cases, our liability will be limited to the minimum extent permitted by law.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless LeaseFilter and its affiliates, officers, and employees from any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, judgments, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Service or your violation of these Terms.
This means you will defend LeaseFilter against any claim that results from your wrongful use of our data (for example, if you scrape and resell our data or use it in violation of someone's rights) or any breach of this Agreement by you, and you will pay any resulting costs or damages.
You may terminate your LeaseFilter account at any time by canceling your subscription or closing your account through the user settings. Termination will be effective at the end of your current billing period (unless we agree to an earlier termination).
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service (and/or cancel your subscription) at our sole discretion for any reason, including if you violate these Terms or engage in behavior that we believe harms our interests or the experience of other users. In most cases of minor breaches, we will attempt to provide a warning or ask you to remedy the violation; however, for serious violations (such as willful data scraping or other prohibited activities), suspension or termination may be immediate, without notice.
Upon termination by us, your right to access the Service will cease immediately, and we may delete your account and all associated data. If your account is terminated due to a breach of these Terms, you will not be entitled to any refund of fees already paid.
Any provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination (such as Intellectual Property, Disclaimers, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification, and Governing Law) shall continue in effect after your access ends.
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the State of Pennsylvania, without regard to its conflict of law principles. You agree that any dispute or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Service that cannot be resolved informally will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Allegheny County, Pennsylvania, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
(If you reside outside the U.S., you agree that you could equally bring any claims in the courts of the United States, as this Agreement is made and performed entirely within the U.S.)
Arbitration Clause: (If applicable) We may require that certain disputes be resolved by binding arbitration rather than in court. If we have a separate Arbitration Agreement or clause in these Terms, those provisions will apply to relevant disputes. Otherwise, nothing in this section limits either party's ability to seek injunctive relief or other equitable remedy for misuse of intellectual property or unauthorized access to the Service.
